- Booking SaaS: Online booking, SMS reminder, and job card management for automotive workshops

- Ongoing support: Hosting, maintenance, and technical support services
3. E-commerce Terms (Parts Stores)
3.1 Orders and Payment
When you purchase products through websites we build:
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or suspected fraud
- Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received
3.2 Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and location
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
3.3 Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However:
- Electrical parts, special-order items, and items sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless faulty
- Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned goods
3.4 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide photographs showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at our expense
3.5 Product Information
We endeavour to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:
- YMM fitment data is provided as a guide only; always verify compatibility with your vehicle
- We are not liable for incorrect fitment if the customer provided inaccurate vehicle information
- Images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual products
4. Workshop Booking Terms (Garages)
4.1 Making a Booking
- Bookings are confirmed upon receiving an SMS or email confirmation
- You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
4.2 Booking Cancellation (By Customer)
- Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings by replying CANCEL to the reminder SMS or by contacting the workshop directly
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee at the workshop's discretion
4.3 No-Show Policy
To protect workshops from lost revenue due to missed appointments:
- If a customer fails to attend without prior notice, the workshop reserves the right to:
- Contact the customer to confirm their intentions
- Charge a no-show fee at their published rate
- Require advance payment for future bookings
- Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined
4.4 Cancellation by Workshop
- In rare circumstances, a workshop may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- The workshop will notify the customer as soon as possible via SMS or phone
- The workshop will offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost
4.5 Vehicle Data and VRN Processing
When you provide your vehicle registration number (VRN) for DVLA lookup or service records:
- Your VRN is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and DVLA guidelines
- VRN data is used solely for vehicle identification and service record purposes
- You have the right to request deletion of your vehicle data at any time
5. SaaS Subscription Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- Plans and pricing are published on our website and may change with 30 days' notice
- Current pricing is locked for the duration of your subscription once confirmed
5.2 Free Trial
- 14-day free trials allow full access to the booking SaaS
- No payment information is required during the trial
- At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan or the trial will end automatically
- Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial ends
5.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted
5.4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our SaaS to:
- Process bookings for illegal activities
- Store or transmit malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Website Build Terms
6.1 Project Scope
The scope of work, timeline, and pricing are defined in a proposal provided after your free audit. Changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines.
6.2 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing:
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Content, images, and assets as agreed
- Access to domains, hosting, and third-party accounts as needed
6.3 Revisions
Website builds include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at our standard hourly rate.
6.4 Payment Terms
- Builds under £3,000: 50% deposit, 50% on launch
- Builds over £3,000: 40% deposit, 30% at midpoint, 30% on launch
- Payment must be received before site goes live
6.5 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website content, images, and custom code we create for you. We retain rights to any pre-built templates, reusable components, and development tools.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by AutoGanticHub Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoGanticHub Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoGanticHub Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
